Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Refunds requested after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Administrative Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee. This fee covers transaction charges and processing costs, and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. Eligibility Conditions

  • The refund request must be initiated by the person who made the original payment.
  • The course content must not be fully accessed or downloaded. Excessive usage may disqualify the request.
  • You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction when submitting the request.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page, including:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Course name
  • Reason for the refund

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount (minus fees) to be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses purchased using a 100% discount code
  • Bulk or bundle purchases
  • Courses that have been fully completed

EG-Learn reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy or are deemed fraudulent.
